Native son of New Brunswick, NJ born like all humans with a creative soul by nature and nurture Jonathan Ware cultivated his creativity. Gravitating towards the Piano and Tuba at the early age of 7. He started playing for his church in middle school and soon after joined the Jazz Institute of New Jersey where he Studied under Radam Swartz learning how to Improvise and compose music. In high school he started experimenting with writing song lyrics and soon after got trapped into the realm of poetry. Mixing both music and poetry and art he strives to use everything that he has in performance. Jargon his stage name is actually a nick name he got while he was captain of the Low Brass in marching band ,once he started to perform poetry it all made sense so he stuck with it. He has played an important role in the starting of Montclair State University's Slam team and poetry club organization Speaking Through Silence. In Undergraduate studies he was the principle Pianist for M.S.U’s premier Jazz ensemble. He has performed at NJPAC, Crossroads Theater, George Street Playhouse, Delta’s, Makeda’s, Cecil’s Jazz Club, Joe’s Pub at the Public Theater in NYC, Feinstein's at Loews Regency, Metropolitan room, 12 grapes in Peekskill, NY
